Why is the war 50 days long?
I was just wondering why the war lasts for 50 days? When people usually talk about recovery from PMO, they often say to abstain for 30, 60, or 90 days. It always seems to follow a rule of 30. Not that I believe it always has to follow this rule, I was just interested how the war landed on being 50 days long. Hitman

So what is your Battle Plan?
Like fighting any war, you must have a battle plan. For all of us, this is going to be one of the hardest battles in our lives to overcome pmo. It's going to take Precision planning and Vigilant execution of those plans to stand any chance at all against this demon. It is safe to say that most that have fallen so quickly had no plan at all. I would love to hear what everyone's plans are and how your execution is going!

Coming up on 90 days. This is what has worked for me.
I have failed at this battle so many times in my life. For many years I thought I could overcome this addiction by just trying harder, like somehow there was more untapped strength in me and I just needed to try harder and then I would succeed. That led to failure after failure until I finally realized that I couldn't conquer this on my own and that I had an addiction. I went to an addiction recovery program and found great hope in the fact that it may be possible to overcome this addiction. I learned that it wasn't going to happen quickly and that I was going to have to work at it to succeed, also that I needed the support of others. However, I still tried to do it on my own and after going through the spiritually oriented 12-step program (which I highly recommend) I stopped working the steps and got busy in life and slid back into my old crutches. I basically worked very hard being self-employed and used pmo as a way to medicate my brain from any stresses in life so that I could carry on and repeat the cycle again. It worked, but I was very unhappy following this course. The entire time my business succeeded but other things in my life were falling apart. Even though I was in my heart very religious I began feeling that God must be very unhappy with me and want nothing to do with me. I felt like I had to clean myself up before I could come to him for help. But, that I learned is like trying to overcome your sickness before you can go see the doctor. After many more years I began to realize I just can't live like this. I decided to go back to the 12-step program recently. I went to a free addiction recovery program that anyone from any faith, or even people without religion can go to once a week. It was at the local Chapel of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You can google the above online and there is likely a group that meets in your area. This time I went with more determination to do whatever it was going to take and to put in the time to work the steps and give God a chance in my life to help heal me because I knew I couldn't heal myself after all this time. So this time the program is actually working for me, and I am working the program and it feels like a miracle because I am healing, or being healed. I put my trust in my Savior Jesus Christ like the program outlines and he is healing me! I am coming up on 90 days of being free from pmo!! This is the longest I have ever gone in my entire life of porn addiction. Although I am still tempted, I actually have the power to say no, and that is amazing for me! The 12 Steps in the program are inspired and contain everything one needs to overcome any addiction in their life. Everything is there to succeed, we just have to turn our will over to God and let him heal us. I know this might sound too good to be true but I am here to tell you that after everything I have done to overcome this Addiction on my own, this is the only thing that has worked! Thanks for hearing me out. I really just want to help anyone that is struggling like I've struggled, to find Freedom from the chains of this addiction. And hopefully you can do it in a lot less time than it took me.

AI-Soulmate/AI-Girlfriend
Has anyone of you made Experiences with AI-Soulmates or AI-Girlfriend type of Program to overcome loneliness? I wonder if these kind of tools helps me to overcome loneliness when I'm constantly talking to a "fake" girl only to figure out if I'm datable or not. Or in general to know if I am "okay" or not. Maybe I can find out more about myself. Which issues I have. Or why I'm still a shy Boy or am I introverted? I don't know. I really don't know. I think I will try out EVA AI Chatbot &Soulmate....or maybe thats Bullshit. Atleast I want to find it out. I also would really like to know if there are other Guys who already tried out AI-Girlfriend Programs ? What was your Experience?

Monk mode day 1/11
Today I've started a monk mode 11 days, day 1 done. I quit drinking coffee (I used to drink it every day 2-4 times). I went for a walk. It's pretty much full version of monk mode, I only allow myself to play some strategic games for about an hour a day, while listening to podcasts/audiobooks. I feel much better and I have more motivation to work.
