I can see it either way…
I think personally I like to count days, but this time I didn't do that so I've lost track of what day I am on. I like it, it helps me measure my progress. What do you think?

I counted days the first half a dozen times. But then I read that there is no point counting because once you decide to quit the last time is the last time. It doesn't matter how many days ago it was. It's not going to happen again so don't count.
This is my longest streak since then, I started mid Feb this year. Maybe it's because I'm not counting maybe it's progress from all the other times I tried to quit I couldn't say.
All I can say for sure is March 2026 will make it over 12 months I'm looking forward to that goal then a two year goal then a 5 year goal then a 10 year goal.
Maybe I am still counted just in years and not days.
I don't like to count days cause than I am thinking about it too much. If I lose track of how many days I've gone I actually consider that a good thing cause it means I am thinking about other things and often times those things are other important things in my life.
I will be counting days untill Im at like 100 days. After that I will stop and let it be a lifestyle.
No Counting Days.
Just checkmark ( first todo of the day ).
Hardest day was yesterday ( that helps )
