A lot of humans are in held captive in a cage…the cage being their own mind.
I managed 63 days No PMO during the last war but i still lost the war because after day 35 or so…fantasy became my normal. I was anticipating something from a female friend that i’m really close with. I realized that fantasy achieves absolutely nothing…it eventually led to my actual relapse after the war which rolled back I would never know how many days of rewiring.
So i’m starting again…going to be more mindful this time around and put my best foot forward.
