I'd recommend finding a way to escape from porn without needing to meet other people. Especially if you're an introvert - this adds another layer of stress - meeting new people.

Stay home, be productive, work on transformation - learn to handle your stress all by yourself without external triggers. Set up safeguards, train yourself in the system which you have decided to follow.
No point in writing an exam for which you haven't even prepared yourself.

In my system - if you had noticed, I never ask you to meet people / be social in order to escape from porn. Because you don't need to meet anyone. Better if you handle your problems yourself.
So first escape from porn, and then go into the real world.
Simutaneously an increadibly toxic and dangerous mindset and also completely missinterprets the idea of what weekends can be.
Just because you're not mindlessly watching tv or playing videogames alone doesn't mean you can't also take a break from usual hum-drum things like work and instead enjoy what you're doing. i.e., weekends are for people who understand what a healthy lifestyle of balance is.
you make it sound like going outside, talking with people, or not working, is supposed to be a demanding chore.
Thinking that social skills of a person are low is definitely misunderstanding.
Not everyone has such lack of social skills, even though they may be using porn.
