Right now it is day 3 and I feel like total xhit already.

Just listen man PMO offers no genuine pleasure or help like any other addiction it only causes the urge. You never needed it before you watched it so why do you need it now? Thank you. Days 4 and 5 were relatively easier and I start to feel better. I know what's next: around week 2 or later I will see a trigger from the internet or TV and it will not be easy to defeat that brain circuit. Let's see.. I will write here first if this situation emerges.
