What’s getting you through?

I’m not feeling particularly motivated, just don’t want to be a guy who said he wouldn’t do something and couldn’t keep his word. That and using this time to implement some new habits so everyone around me benefits.

Simply put, I’m just tired of being a slave….!
And I’m looking forward to the time when I am 100% free of this ridiculous debilitating addiction 💪

the exercise that I've done recently, sit down and visualise the "perfect" life that you want (only you know what it looks like, it probably doesn't include any type of bad habits/ addictions), see and feel the place where you want to be.
After that do the same thing, but now including all the bad habits and addictions you have, you probably will feel bad about it but it's necessary to know what you don't want.
Now each time you feel unmotivated remember where you want to be in six months from now.
