Thank you for asking, I'm going crazy :) Even after spending a dozen or so hours at work, I went running for an hour and I'm still full of energy.

I ended up pushing through the urges I had. The main reason I was having them was because I was still fully waking up and still laying down. After I got up and got some food I've been good for the rest of the day.
