Guys,
There's a thing of counting days on nofap-or not. There are "cool" guys who say-I don't count days, it's not about it, I make the days count etc.
I also thought like that, the fact is I relapsed every single day. Maybe that strategy is good when you aren't addicted and you have tons of fun and friends in your life.
Having a counter gives you the awareness of progress or not, it's like a map. If counting the days makes people relapse, why do they reach 90+ days?
I'm a huge fan of counting the days, relpase reports where you see how much you REALLY fapped. It's like an alcoholic who realises "holy crap, I've drank 27 beer this weekend, I need to quit". Otherwise you don't get the shock and impulse to change, you treat PMO like it's some harmless habit, not a real addiction that causes most of modern day problems-loneliness, depression, divorces, lonley parents.
