Ok, This is Happening

My mind was stuck in totally, jammed as hell. I cannot work or something and was thinking why I feel so foggy in my head. Then I remember, It's Brain Fog and Effects of Leaving PMO..
If it happens, just drink more water and do Pranayama and Meditation and keep moving ahead. 🏃‍♀️

Pranayama or any form of breathwork, that is 😇

Any activity to help go from mind/head to the body/feelings in the body is good for countering brain fog.
