I think most people probably forget they even signed up for the war, so are automatically KIA after not checking in on day 3.

People realize they actually have to exercise self control and make changes in their lives to abstain instead of just log in, and most cant do it for even 2 days!

Many People have been KIA cause they forgot to Check-in. Other do fell Ill. Firstly believe in your heart and have 100% Faith that you will not Masturbate or touch it.
Then Ease yourself by Deep breaths and a glass of Water.
Meditation in the morning and before sleep should be there and try to go out and express your creativity.
