Sorry guys

I went on strong for 14 days killing all the urges.But one of them just gave me a surprise attack and in a 10 min brutal fight i lost.

But! I will rise again i will daily post here and will give support to you guys

I know how you feel, because my last fall also happened after two weeks :D

Analyze all the reasons why you relapsed - was it boredom, loneliness, tiredness?

After a relapse, firmly repeat to yourself the truth that PMO brings nothing of value to your life. In the future, avoid those triggers that made you relapse.

It's good that you stay with us and don't run away :)
