Hello fellow warrior

I would recommend you to build habits (working out, meditating, reading, cold shower, etc).

Don’t fight with the urges but try to run from them like work out maybe go for a walk or something like that.

Be careful with your computer, phone, TV. I would recommend you to uninstall social media- Instagram, Facebook, TikTok. And when you finish work don’t stay long behind the screen.

Try to make a day plan the evening before.

Go to sleep as early as you can. Having good rest is a good thing.

During the war it would be great to see you here regularly. Be active, post comments and more.

Thank you. I already employ most of these techniques and habits. I also read a lot of stoicism. I meant more around the functionality of the game/website.
