I felt pretty good! And then I had to keep going!

If you can do it once, you find out that you can do it again. You have control over your mind. Once you realise that, you become unstoppable.

I feel like I have kept my word. I said I'd stop and I did, I have kept my word.
I want to be a man that keeps his word. Because that means something to me. So I will continue to keep it.

I'll say, pretty great, but not just because of surviving PMO but all the energy and productivity I used for it. Napoleon Hill talks about transmutation of sex and putting all that pent up energy into other productive things. I can definitely attest to that. It makes you sharper and more vigorous in other areas of your life and it's powerful when you put it to good use in say, the gym or your career.

I think it’s important to recognise that just getting to the end of a war isn’t the end of the road, it’s a framework for making improvements to your life. I’d argue that the 51st day is the hardest, because in my experience (and other people might see this differently), the “now what?” question can be super overwhelming if you don’t plan for it beforehand.

But to answer your actual question, yeah it’s a pretty good feeling to be able to say you survived :)

There are many benefits but the best one was just actually feeling human. Fapping makes you feel less than human. Like some animal driven by instinct. You actually feel like a human should feel. It's been over a year since I felt that though. I would like to feel it again. It feels great to feel human. Maybe we can both experience it together at the end of this war and when you survive you can tell us all how it feels to you. Good luck. May you find victory.
