I track habits with X, X. and X.. which score 1,2 and 3 points accordingly
For every habit I set a step in goal worth 1 point–> (ex. opening a book i wanna read)
a medium goal worth 2 (ex. read 10 pages)
and a hard goal (ex. read 30 min) worth 3 points
these points are to count at the end of the month and I set a goal of x amount of points for that month. This month it's 45/90 points for every habit. And every month I want to improve that. Also the step in point helps to keep the habit alive.
Next to the habit tracking (left) is the yournal where i write down the best thing I did that day
on the right of the habits I track my weight cuz I'm in a cut. The graph is my weight. for visual
This yournal/ habit tracker is very usefull to learn new habits or dial in on the ones you already have.
